Interviewed Sep 2011 in Denver, CO (took 2+ weeks)
I spoke with an HR representative several times (probably 1.5 hours total of phone time). The interview style is very conversational, not behavioral interviewing, no real "hard ball" questions. Because i had another offer on the table they did all of my face-to-face interviews in one day (3 interviews, 2 one-on-one, and one with 2 interviewers). The people are friendly and welcoming. The building is very nice, so be prepared for that or you could get intimidated as a reaction (the, 'uhh, i may be out of my league' knee-jerk reaction if you aren't a confident person). Dress sharp, be prepared, speak clearly, concisely, bring some ideas to the table, and as always, do your homework! Your best bet for scoring an interview is to get an employee referral - use your network and be persistent yet professional

Negotiation Details
This was probably the scariest/toughest part. I was successful in making them throw out the first number (which was a range). They gave me the top of that range and were upfront that they were trying to get me the top number in that range, but I couldn't squeeze any additional money or benefits. I got nervous about pushing back after a few attempts and just settled (but the salary was excellent considering my minimal experience, and I was /am very happy)
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Englewood, CO (took 5 days)
HR recruiter was efficient in setting up interviews, but was not able to answer some basic questions I had about the job requirements. I had a phone interview with the HR recruiter, and then interviewed with 3 indiviuduals, separately but on the same day so that was convenient. The first interview was with the direct/hiring manager and he asked questions that were intended to make sure my skills and experience were appropriate for the job I was interviewing for. The 2nd and 3rd interviews, one with a person who performed the same job I was interviewing for, and one with a director-level person, were aimed at making sure I was a good fit from a personality standpoint. The office is beautiful with clean, modern furnishings. The corporate dress code is typical - no jeans except on Fridays, and the people who interviewed me were dressed professionally - dress pants/skirts with shirts - no suits or ties. For interviewing attire - women and men should definitely wear a suit. This company is all about getting maximum effort out of "lean" teams, so emphasize your ability to get a lot of work done, your ability to multi-task, and emphasize your desire to work for a multi-national company.

TeleTech doesn't appear to have fair, equitable salaries - i.e., compensation is based on measureable things like years of experience, education, etc. so it is *VERY* important that you get the absolutely highest possible salary. Just don't be surprised when they hire someone with less experience to do the same job as you for more money.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Recruiter enailed me and set up a phone and group interview. I had heard a lot of negative things about TT. I shared my concerns about that with the recruiter. After that, never heard back. Word on the street, TT: no one already employed wants to work for you.

Interviewed Jun 2007 in Denver, CO (took a day)
I applied for a telecommuting position, and along with the application had to answer some questions via an automated system over the phone. These included questions about how I would handle situations with customers as well as an evaluation of my phone voice and demeanor. The other basic skill assessments (typing test, computer literacy etc.) were fairly easy and straightforward.
Following that phase, progress stalled a bit and it took the company forever to get back to me after I applied. I actually had to phone the recruiting office to see if I was still being considered for a position. Once I did that, I had a phone interview with a recruiter within weeks of the call. She was pleasant, helpful, and answered everything I asked about the position she offered me.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Denver, CO (took a day)
The Recruiter sought me out as a candidate on LinkedIn. I interviewed with HR, received good feedback and never heard from them again. I phoned a couple of times for follow-up and never received a courtesy call or even a canned email saying they were no longer interested. Does anyone even work in the Denver office? It looked like a ghost town when i was there. I have not heard good things from different sources regarding the work environment there, so it was probably a good thing I didn't move forward in the interview process.
