So far it has been great. I had an conference call interview with about 15 other applicants. It was a very unique and organized call. We had group discussions and individual time to speak with the interviewer. I am now waiting my 3 day period to find out if I got the job.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Presentation.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
Process went well. HR not all that organized. Friendly interviewers. The experience was pleasant and I felt that I actually got to know what the position would be like which is nice because sometimes it is difficult to know what one is really getting into with a position. I would not worry about the interview process though.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took a day)
The interview process was pretty typical. It was one-on-one interview where the interviewer interviewed me about my backgrounds and qualifications, etc. After the interview, I was hired and he told me to come back the next to do a drug test. By the next week, I started to work.
Negotiation Details
The negotiation phase was pretty straightforward. He presented to me the salary, and I accepted it.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 days)
To be totally honest if I had interviewed me for a call center job I wouldn't have hired me. It was not my finest hour. I was so sure that I had tanked every aspect of the hire process with the exception of I can put out a mean resume. I was nervous so I rambled and stumbled on my words. And yet I was offered a job on the spot. I have heard that I will absolutely hate working in that environment and my response is that I would hate homelessness more and in this economy I will work for whoever pays the lowest wage legally possible for as long as they will pay me said lowest wage or until I find a job in the field that I have my degree in.... in the meantime I will have my rent paid.
