TeleTech Customer Service Representative Interview

No Offer – Interviewed in Beaufort, SC Nov 2011 – Reviewed Feb 1, 2012

Interview Details – Several people were interviewed at once. You had to log in a Cisco session which we were emailed our code and time. It was a conference call we were broken into groups. Then we were asked questions and had to type in our responses. The interviewer would switch between the groups ask a question then put us on hold and ask a question to the second group. The first interview they told us it was working from home, had to have a landline phone, DSL internet and desktop computer and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Second interview was similar and at the end the interviewer told which applicants would continue and the rest of us could reapply.
