I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at TeleTech in March 2009.

Interview Details – The interview was okay, tedious but bearable. Starts with phone interview, then 1:1. Then 3 sets of tests, (grammar/vocabulary), computer and technical exam. Then final interview before Job Offer

Interview Question – No unexpected questions. Just the usual questions asked by almost all employers   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Non-Negotiable for almost all positions

I applied in-person and the process took 2 days - interviewed at TeleTech in June 2009.

Interview Details – First step of course is the initial interview. Then next is the exam for grammar and computer literacy. Next is the listening skills test. Then the final interview..
