There were 2 rounds of telephonic interviews. Then there was 1 day onsight interview.
It was taken by 7 technical people, for a period of 45 mins each. I was taken out for lunch by the director of digital engineering which was informal interview. The last was 1 hr discussion session with VP of engineering which was after I cleared the 2 sound of interview.

Sent an email, then got an interview invitation. They thought I was a local candidate. So they asked to come in to have an initial onsite interview without a phone interview. I was interviewed by two people. Each one hour. Related questions include signal processing, communication theory and estimation theory and some random process questions.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Mountain View, CA (took a day)
Series of very technical, situational interviews by staff followed by hiring manager last. I was asked to draw diagrams of radio receivers, RF amplifiers, draw frequency domain plots of AM, time domain plots of ISI, list table of contents of subcontract, compare and contrast physical examples of competitor product to their product, explain how to convince an OEM buyer to pay a premium for product - stuff like that.
