Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Teleperformance in February 2013.
Interview Details – The hiring process can be a bit lengthy. It begins with a typing test that requires a minimum of 25 wpm (which is quite low for a customer service field), and then a computer based customer service exam. Once you have satisfactorily passed both of those, the interview process will begin. Your first interview will be with a Lead Recruiter. During the interview process, you will have another candidate interviewing with you. Once the Lead Recruiter has determined that they want to move you forward in the process, your file will be passed on to a current supervisor who will take you on a tour of the facility and answer any questions you might have for them. At this point, you are supposed to be sat with a group of agents for a short period of time to observe calls. This did not happen during my interview. Now the supervisor will perform the second round of interviews. If you are successful during this one as well, you will then be given an offer of employment and asked to complete the background check consent form, the I-9 and W-2 documents, and then be asked to go complete your drug screening. You will then be asked to choose a schedule that will become yours after the training period.
Interview Question – The questions were rather generic, and there was no one questions that I would state seemed difficult compared to the run-of-the-mill set of interview questions normally asked for a customer service career. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation phase. Everything was laid out for me, and was a take "as-is" scenario.
I applied online - interviewed at Teleperformance in March 2014.
Interview Details – Teleperformance had a decent environment for conducting an interview. I was interviewed by multiple Managers and other Supervisors. The company could be a bit more prompt when bringing the Manager's by for the interviews...I was kept waiting for quite a while.
The paperwork was simple and not too time-consuming. The questions asked were specific and well structured. The interviewers were very professional.
Interview Question – How does your previous experience align with the goals of our company? Answer Question
Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Teleperformance in June 2012.
Interview Details – To apply for Teleperformance USA is easy. You walk into the HR office and apply by doing a basic technical knowledge test for them to decide which project you'd be in. Afterwards having you take a typing test. After turning in the digital and physical tests you will likely get a job interview on the spot. If so, it'll be a 1:1 interview with basic questions in regards to prior work history experience in relation to the job your apply for as well as questions about how you feel about specific projects you qualify for to determine where you'll work.
Interview Question – "What is your favorite color?" View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiation phase.
I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Teleperformance in June 2010.
Interview Details – The hiring process at Teleperformance was very competitive. We had a group interview with question and answer scenarios that test our understanding of the work environment. We interviewed with three different Human Resource recruiters with very different perspectives. At the end of the process only the most competitive candidates were chosen.
Interview Question – Would you release confidential information about customers to law enforcement? View Answer
Negotiation Details – They gave us a set rate of salary with the option to earn more with incentives. So the pay is totally up to you based on performance.
I applied through other source and interviewed at Teleperformance.
Interview Details – I knew someone who was working there at the time and they communicated that they were hiring. Applied online and was able to get an interview. The interview processing included a type test with a low required typing speed. Also tested some tech knowledge (Q&A). They probably gauged your stress as well. The HR person's interview was mostly easy. They had a lot of slots to fill I believe. He wasn't that personable.
Interview Question – Having to take and pass an onsite speed typing test. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They wouldn't negotiate.
Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Teleperformance in August 2010.
Interview Details – Easy hiring process. They take just about anybody, especially now that they are trying to get people in at lower base pay to replace people that have been there a long while and making a lot per hour.
Interview Question – None. It's easy. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiations. The base rate for training and when you start work is already set.
I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Teleperformance in April 2013.
Interview Details – I applied and they called me within the next week. During the call, they asked some questions about my experience and a few test questions to prove it. They then scheduled me for an interview. I showed up 15 early and had to wait 30 minutes for the interview. There was also a pre-interview test that I passed. During the interview, a supervisor from the department I was being hired for asked me some questions and answered some of mine.
Interview Question – The most unexpected part of the interview process was the pre-interview quiz. It was about Mac and Windows, and basic functions (like where is the start button and how to select multiple items on MAC OS X). Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiating. The company has many, many employees and can get more easily.
I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Teleperformance in January 2013.
Interview Details – I applied online, then got a call the next day to come in to take an assessment. The assessment consisted a typing test, customer service test, and basic computer knowledge test. If you get through the interviews, which are pretty straight forward, you get offered the job.
Interview Question – Basic questions nothing unexpected. Answer Question
