Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 1 week)
They call you after you fill out the online application. If you are available, they ask you in for an interview. When you show up there is a receptionist who takes the necessary information that you are to bring to the interview (i.e. social security card, diploma/proof of education, identification). The receptionist is very forthcoming, but the wait time is extensive. They seem to be a little uptight, but once you get through the interview process (answering their questions, taking the skills test, possible background check, and drug test) they are a lot more relaxed. The usual dress is business casual, but there are plenty of young ladies that believe this includes what should be worn out to a club.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Columbus, OH (took a day)
Application is submitted on-line. A recruiter calls and sets up the interview.
On the day of the interview, the candidate takes a typing test, spelling and grammar test, a technical test and, if that is passed, a second technical test.
The candidate is interviewed by HR (if the tests are passed), then with a trainer and or supervisor and if one has done well with those interviews, the call center manager.
The positive aspect is being told on the spot whether or not the candidate is hired, contingent on the background and drug tests.
Negotiation Details
No negotiation.
