I felt overwhelm when I left there. The whole perception of the staff was awesome. I presented myself as a professional person, it paid off, cause I worked hard to help in anyway that I could to be a good worker and to represent the company ( Teleperfdormance u s a ) the best of my ability and then some.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Columbus, OH (took a day)
Application is submitted on-line. A recruiter calls and sets up the interview.
On the day of the interview, the candidate takes a typing test, spelling and grammar test, a technical test and, if that is passed, a second technical test.
The candidate is interviewed by HR (if the tests are passed), then with a trainer and or supervisor and if one has done well with those interviews, the call center manager.
The positive aspect is being told on the spot whether or not the candidate is hired, contingent on the background and drug tests.
