Technician Interview

Technician
Mechanicsburg, PA

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Teleplan International.

Interview Details – During the whole interview process, everyone involved seemed genuinely interested in me on a personal level. It's very nice to see that the people involved with this company are looking at their potential employees as people, and taking in to account real experience and skills, rather than relying on abstract tests.

Interview Question – There were really no difficult questions asked. They were mostly interested in past experience and current skill level.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was no room for negotiation in their offer. I had tried.
