I always do my best to exceed my customer's expectations. I remember this one time when I was working at Best Buy, a customer called us in anger asking for a refund because a printer be purchased from us stopped working. After my shift was over, I agreed to come over to his house to look at it. I was able to fix it for him and he apologized for yelling at us.
