Interview Question for PM at Baxter:

I first worked with them on a very personal level explaining expectations and proper behavior, then progressively became more firm explaining potential outcomes. I followed HR processes and procedures and partnered with them, eventually the indivdual was placed on a performance improvement plan and ultimatelty left the company on their own seeing the writing on the wall. First I make an effort to rehabiliate, but at the end of the day, we need to get the right person in the right position to get the job done.
