For example, give a general answer :
"I do not remember a specific situation but I know that every time I have a difficulty at work, I try to communicate. I strongly believe that communication is the key to solve a lot of problems and when everything is on the table, it is always possible to find a compromise that will satisfy everyone and move forward. "
