Interview Question for Librarian at Kaplan Higher Education:

This was a tricky one for me because I resigned under less than amicable terms from my previous job due to conflicts with my supervisor. I had to be very guarded not to allow my own animosity for the previous supervisor make my former employer or myself look bad. This would be a red light for the interviewer and lower my chances of getting the job. I stated that I would express my concerns and state why in a professional, non-threatening way, and then offer a compromise. Of course, if that had worked with my previous supervisor, I might still be there.
