Interview Question for Operations Analyst at Goldman Sachs:

Tell me about a time when you worked on a team.... This type of questions was the most asked. Sometimes it ended with a 'where the team was successful', 'when the team failed' or 'and you lead the project', 'didn't lead a project'. Seriously, lots of team based questions.
