I sat down and talked with my coworker about our difficulties and tried to establish some common ground. Once we were able to meet on common ground, it made it easier to determine what our difficulties with each other was. We agreed that we shared the same objectives and agreed to try and work together for a common goal. Talking out our differences helped immensely.
