Interview Question for Group Leader - DC at Target:

I was working in the inbound department and I had set our plans for the day. As I was plugging the plans into the computer, I fat fingered a number and did not realize. I found that I was overstaffed, when I was really not. I gave the chance to the team for anyone who wanted to leave for the day could. After i recognized the issue, It was to late. I was able to take from overstaffed departments and still make sure that we made the plans we really needed to make. All product was recieved on time.
