Told them about my senior project where i had to interact with students from different disciplines, (accounting finance, marketing, etc) in order to complete one group project. At first we were trying to make decisions as a team, each weighing in, but it was inefficient. When then decided, at my suggestion, that each member simply focus on the project parts that was in their field. This proved more efficient and successful.
