Interviewed Jun 2010 in Strongsville, OH (took 4+ weeks)
The position was posted as full time but during interviewing process I was told because of "budget reasons" it would be a contract position. I also was told the position was changed from an individual posting to a team of three. I later found out that Telsource's Modis Operandi was to bring on new hires with 6 - 12 month contracts then make them full time.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
