I applied before I was elgible, even though my first couple of applications were declined, I was continuously encouraged to keep applying. Once I was finally elgible for the position, I got an interview, I was not selected because I did not have enough experience yet, a couple of months later another position became available and I applied, interviewed and was promoted internally! Lots of opportunity to move up if you have the right attitude and apply yourself.
