Tenaris Engineering Internship Interview

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Houston, TX (took 5 weeks)

Went on a tour of a manufacturing facility in January and was invited to an on-campus numerical reasoning test. Once the test was taken, those who passed stayed to get into groups and read/discuss a fictional case study. Got a call 3-4 weeks later with an offer to come interview in Houston. Went to Houston the next week and had three interviews with various departments. One was a 1:1 interview, the other two had at least 2 interviewers involved. Interviews were typical, people very nice to talk with. Left expecting a call within the next few weeks, but got nothing. I made several attempts to contact HR with my status, but was ignored. I found this incredibly rude and disrespectful. I had been involved with this company for months and was offended that I was not given the courtesy of simple email to let me know that I was not chosen. Will never interview with this company again because of this treatment.
