The total interview consisted of a reception the first night followed by a 1:1 interview and 2 seperate panel interviews. Based on that you received a call back to interview at the specific hospital site you would work at. I received a call back and did 2 additional panel interviews.

It was a routine interview not much imagination or flexibility by the interviewer. The
HR department seemed overworked and as if they weren't treated too well, almost
got the feeling everyone was transient and just not invested. No one seemed excited
to be there.
