Referral by an employ who is my friend.
Phone interview by the group manager to check my resume, background, reference, salary expectation. Some simple technical questions, not difficult, basically checking what and how you are doing in your current job. Another phone to verify other stuff and schedule an on-site.
During the on-site, I was shown to hr, and then everyone in the group, all very nice professionals. Each discussed with me the part of my resume that interested them. Then a phone call to a remote office to discuss further with another engineer, mostly on design and development of systems.
HR phoned me multiple time for any ensuing issues.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

I had totally 5 rounds of interview, and finally after 4 weeks there was no response from them. They should decide whether they need a candidate or not at the 3 rd round itself and not waste our time. And finally after 5 rounds they are least bothered to even inform you about the status.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Stamford, CT (took 3 weeks)

Recruiter spent 20 min otp, then arranged a ftf with the hiring mgr. After mg the hiring manager, The interview was approximately 1.5 hrs, I was invited back to speak to the 2nd line manager. The 2nd line (VP) went very deep, and it was a surprise when eventually I was told after a week of followup that they needed more specific "industry" experience. No one ever called back, responded, except he original recruiter from out of state that left a msg saying that she was sorry, she thought she had already told me the answer. Kinda weird, but nobody wants to give out bad news.

Very Easy Interview

I interviewed with 12 people, some in groups, some 1:1. The interview was very organized with an agenda and everything. They have security checkpoints, but you could actually just walk through because the card reader is not attached to a door. Hmmm. There are several other painless but pointless formalities the employees go through. The people are friendly, helpful, and nice. The culture is huge, disjointed, and disorganized. The campus is nice and there is a cafeteria and gym on site.

Negotiation Details

They were able to make some concessions on flex time and vacation, but not on salary. They tried to bully and intimidate me (and that continued on the job), but I stood my ground and knew what I wanted. Their approach is a little gruff and absolute, but they will listen to reason if you take back your power.

We had a telephonic round before being called for face to face . Telephonic round was mainly around my previous employment and standard questions like why am i looking for change... and high level technical question . interviewed with many senior engineer and some managers inividually.feeling weel during interview but one gave negative feedback.however,still get offer.salary is offered through HR at another phone talk.no programming skill test but some high level logic test for specific problems.

Very interested in experience with large strategic solutions sold into large accounts. They are very positive about their experience and the respect they have for employees. They like to explain what they do and how they won deals in the past. The company needs to innovate again and they are pushing internally to change things. They are a big target for a merger with one of the major player in the industry like HP or IBM, so anyone has to take this into consideration before accepting an offer. Their HR are very inflexible and it does not give a good feeling to future employee.
