Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2 days)
The 1st interview is quite easy because you are being ask by HR or Recruitment Officer with basic question such where are you working, are you interested in shifting career, etc.
The 2nd interview is moderate as you are being ask what are you doing in your work, what kind of deliverable are you doing, what are the language and database are you using.
The last interview is the hardest as it ask a lot of ETL tools and DB technical question and sometime they give you scenarios and you'll explain how will solve or recommend solution for it or what process are you going to recommend.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in San Diego, CA (took 2 weeks)
At least follows industry standards of no suits. Usual model, phone screen > onsite, I think 4 or 5 rounds. Questions of less difficulty generally compared to Google, Amazon, etc.. Fairly standard otherwise. Flight reimbursed, hotel, rental car. No indication of how backwards the actual environment is.
Negotiation Details
Very little room to negotiate. Salary structure fairly rigid. Had to provide a nominal counteroffer of +8k to get an additional 3k to starting sal.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed May 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 4 weeks)
I had totally 5 rounds of interview, and finally after 4 weeks there was no response from them. They should decide whether they need a candidate or not at the 3 rd round itself and not waste our time. And finally after 5 rounds they are least bothered to even inform you about the status.

Interviewed Mar 2007 in San Diego, CA (took 4+ weeks)
Applied through their website. I was later contacted by HR about an open position. Phone screening and several in person interviews. Not very heavy on the technical questions.

Negotiation Details
Not very flexible negotiation wise. HR has a pretty strict guideline for what they are able to offer.
