First the phone interview with Human Resources - then i went in to meet with the direct hire manager for 2 hours, then came back to meet with her supervisor and the Director of the entire financial group. My issue is not that I didn't get the job, it's that I invested so much time and never received any communication from them at all afterwards. No "thanks but no thanks" - just an email would have been nice. I find that unprofessional and very rude.

I did 20 minutes phone interview with 3 different people at the same time for a Manufacturing Engineer I at Terex. Interviews consists of standard behavioral questions. One important aspect I learn from this interview is to state the results of every project that you did after you explain the project itself.

The interview process consisted of 1 phone interview and 2 on site interivew. It is important to note is that they are running Oracle and Oracle experience is a top priority for this type of role.

Phone interview consisted of general interview questions. Tell me about a time where something didn't go as you planned. How well do you work in groups. Etc.
1:1 Interview was a bit more technical. Basic C programming terminology questions. Name the primitive data types. What is an interrupt and how does it work. What is the difference between heap memory and stack memory. In addition, there were basic algorithm questions. No linked lists but just for loops and returns.

I met the reciters at the career fair at my school, which was where I applied for the internship position. About 2 to 3 weeks later, I got a phone call to set up a personal interview with 3 supply chain managers. The questions asked during the interview were behavior questions and some technical terms. I was offer a job about 3 weeks later.
