Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I applied online thru career builder, sending in my resume and recieved a call from the Regional Manager the smae day who said that he wanted me to come in for a face to face interview in the next friday...in one week. He spent about 15 minutes asking me some general questions about background, my former work experience, etc. At face to face interview it was a very informal conversation and most of the time was him telling me about the company, job description and what the daily routines would require. He called back in 5 days and had me come in for a 2nd interview this time with the other manager who asked more about my sales management experience and how it could apply to Terminix slaes people. I spend 1/2 in the field with a sales person to see if I understood and enjoyed the routine. I was called back 3 days later for an offer, but I declined as I could not see myself working in the field that much of the time, basically doing face to face presentations reviewing to sales persons effectiveness.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 1 week)
Applied online and was called a couple days later. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and covered my work history and a basic description of the duties of B.M. Scheduled a face to face interview for a couple days later. Interviewer was late and very unorganized. After a brief interview I was given a skills test which consisted of about 50 multiple choice questions, most of which were budget and scheduling type questions. The questions were not hard, per se, but did take some thought as most of the answers were similiar to each other. The set me up at a vacant desk in the middle of a noisy, chaotic office so I don't think I did very well.
