The recruiter for the company was very nice with good follow through. The panelists who interviewed me had great questions that were very keyed into their company culture and the duties of the position.

Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
received a phone call about they want to interview me in person. arrived in smart attire had a brief introduction about myself in the group, tour the store and tried to seat on the checkout with the checkout staff and they teach us the basic in doing checkout and we were watched on our performance and probably graded, then after we went to a group interview asking scenario questions then after we are about to have a 1:1 interview but in my case they just cancel it as the other members of my group cant meet the scheduled time as they have other job to do, and when i got home the same day i received a call i was one of the applicants being chosen and ask me to come back for the induction.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took a day)
You get a letter through the post, letting you know when your interview is and what time. You arrive and get taken to the rest bite around and asked if you would like a cup of tea/coffee. You sit in there for about a minute and then the interviewer comes and asks you to follow them, you go into a room and sit down. The interviewer asks you question's around personal integrity and customer focus. You then have to answer the question's but also give examples of where you have dealt with/ experienced those situation's. At the end of the interview you get told that you will get your answer either through the post or by phone, within 3days - a week

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took a day)
Talk about self and past achievements and talk about availability to work hours for job and the chance of me doing overtime and future aspirations. Also, talk about the uniform and holidays and had the chance to ask any questions. Overall, was very simple and straight forward and the interviewer was very friendly and pleasant like she wanted me to get the job.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took a day)
The nastiest interview experience I have ever had. Whilst waiting for the interview in the staff canteen, I was subjected to abuse from a group of non-management staff. This gave the impression of a deeply divided company.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Cheshunt, England (United Kingdom) (took 3 weeks)
Standard online application with general management speak questions 'Please describe a time when you showed leadership/working in a team/dealt with a difficult situation/motivate yourself' etc.
On the open day they were kind and looked for people who were confident and stood out from the 30 or so people they invited. Different team tasks as well as 1:1.
For final round it was a three day away trip for 6 candidates. Lots of team tasks solving problems. Felt a lot like they accepted the people who were arguably smart and talkative but a little arrogant at times and a little dull.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
You have to be there on the particular date for the interview and wait for a very long time in a cold hall. You cant move around a lot, no magazines.
Then comes the HR after which the Technical part with irrelevant questions which is not so necessary for the profile offered.
