Interview Details –
Used a recruiter
2 panel interviews one with a Director and another with the actual programme manager
Quite aggresive first impressons
Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you had to influence someone? Answer Question
Negotiation Details –
Bad
They would not budge and tried to oversell the value of their pension
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks.
