Interviewed Dec 2011 in San Antonio, TX (took a day)
Had about a 30 minute phone interview, then got called in for a 3 on 1 interview.
Was asked basic questions about personality, goals, and experience with software. The interviewers were friendly and explained their job roles, as well as department. The company seems to have a very well put together intern program.

Accepted another offer, before completing the second round of interviews I was invited for.
