The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Texas Air Products in January 2011.

Interview Details – batch/blend systems, bulk chemical distribution and DI water systems, including industrial waste collection and abatement equipment. Provide uninterrupted flow of Bulk Process Chemicals and Slurry supply to Fab 25 production tools. Troubleshoot and identify system problems associated with ACSI VP4300, FSI 6300, Mega/Kinetics Slurry pumps and maintain adequate back-up pump inventory. Pull and prepare chemical samples for SPC, and monitor data from Mega Trend Auto Titration, Metrology systems, and PMS Facility Net for online Liquilaz and Liquipure particle counting systems, and document / report any out of specification activity. Perform Analytical for Slurry Batch concentrations on Mettler Titration, and perform and close preventative maintenance work orders, permits, and pass-down activities via MP2 Data-stream software.
