Interviewed Feb 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 3 days)
I first interviewed with the regional manager in an informal and relaxed setting. We reviewed my resume and my experiences with other companies in the educational publishing space. the regional manager said that the HR person will get back to me with a decision to go forward to stop here. I was called back for a panel interview at TI headquarters in Dallas. It consisted of four people. They asked me various questions like why I want to work for TI, what I learned from my previous experience, and what I expect to do to be successful. I gave a mini-presentation on why a school should adopt their graphing calculators.
I was offered a position and turned it down.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
My employer at the time countered with a higher salary and bonus if I blew the doors off my quota, something that TI doesn't do.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 2+ weeks)
Excellent interview. Exciting questions. Very analytic in nature. High quality of interviewers. Top notch team. Culture was extremely open. Highly cordial and respectful. Questions were well prepared in advance. They gave me an opportunity to ask several questions and answered each one patiently. Was a fairly open ended format. They even had me meet with each member of the team I would potentially meet with and offered a sample view of the workplace facilities, labs and amenities that would be available. Felt like family.
Enjoyed it!

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
Applied for Design intern position. Received an email requesting a phone interview from a design manager. Asked basic questions about pipelining and hazards. Went through projects and resume. Set up another phone interview with a team member. The second interview was good as well. Asked a lot about projects in detail and discussed various ways of doing it. I had a positive feeling but have no clue why I didn't get the offer.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 days)
They brought me in along with a few other candidates. There was a dinner the night we arrived, which was very casual and enjoyable. The next day, we took a tour of the facility and had three 1 on 1 interviews with managers, each lasting about 45 minutes. The questions were mostly behavioral and about my experiences. Then there was a surprise 2 minute presentation in front of about 10 managers about why TI should hire me. The overall experience was good, but I wasn't given an offer and I wasn't given a reason why.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
I was initially contacted by the hiring manager in regard to the resume that I had submitted online. The initial phone interview went well, and the hiring manager agreed to fly me to Dallas for an on-site interview. The company provided air transportation, hotel, rental car, and a traveler's check for incidentals. On the day of the interview, I met with hiring manager, who has the title "Manufacturing Superintendent." He then took me into a conference room where I had an interview with him and four other managers. The interview questions were primarily based on management style, team work, and knowledge of wafer-fab operations. The interview lasted about two hours. When it was completed, I met with the factory's human resources manager for a second interview. I was given a tour of the factory and provided lunch. After having lunch with the hiring manager, I was released and told a decision would be made that week. I am still waiting to hear the decision.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
The interviewer didn't seem particularly interested in seeing me. I had applied a couple of times but when I finally got in the door, I shook her hand and got the sense that I had no chance.
Her questions weren't overwhemlingly difficult but some interviewers want you to really take control and strut your stuff; the lady that interviewed me didn't want me to take over the interview...but rather control it herself. Odd because she "said", that "it is going to be your show."
It was the first time I'd been in an interview where I felt that I had no sway over my own fate. I didn't feel as bad because I knew she had made her decision before she even said hello.

Interviewed May 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 2 days)
I met with the company representatives at my university's career fair, and then again at a TI info session. The actual interview was about 45 minutes, covering some basic technical concepts about circuit design, as well as the standard generic questions about your background. They then asked me about subjects listed on my resume, and I was asked to describe my best/worst experiences in engineering, an example of good leadership, etc.
In the end, I loved working as an intern at TI, even though I really did not care the actual subject material I was working on. I was able to ask for some assignments in Perl, which I enjoy, and they let me work on those as well, making the experience even better. While the salary wasn't too high (about $19/hour), benefits were decent and the working environment was pretty good.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)
I emailed my resume to a recruiter's email address, found on my university's career site, while sitting in a M.B.A. class and the recruiter called me a few hour later. She asked me a few basic questions about myself (i.e. when I graduate) and told me she had two departments that she would like to set up phone interviews with me.
Both interviews were about an hour long and were not very intense. The managers essentially asked me about myself, including my background, interests, and general experience. We discussed portions of my resume and I asked numerous questions about the department, their position, and the intern position I was applying for. One manager had a project manager from the group call me the next day so I could informally ask questions about the group and the position's roles.
The recruiter called me back about a week later informing me that both groups offered me a position, and I accepted one of them. I interned in the group for three months in the summer, and was offered a full time position once I finish my graduate degree.
Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate the compensation package; I accepted the standard offer.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 days)
Interview was straight forward. Phone and then 1:1 interview. After which there was a decision making time of 2 weeks. They made me an offer, I accepted it. I had to go through Drug test. The background check took about a week. They needed few documents, which I provided. The interview process as such was like any other product engineering interview. Lot of basics. And some HR kinda questions. Just know your basics about semiconductors and electrical engineering as such.

I went to this agency that hires for TI, did some basic comp test, then was interviewed by two dudes on different days. There is a job simulation too, its intended to tell if you can stand for several hours in a bunny suit (group).
