Interviewed May 2011 in Topeka, KS (took a day)
They do a group interview that is at best business casual. You present yourself to the group and there are no real situation based questions. The hiring manager is very good at selecting personalities and believes in the training that gives you the ability to serve. They will hire you with little experience but usually dont start you serving if you have none.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Temple, TX (took a day)
I walked in with a completed application, was sat at a table to wait for the Service manager to come talk to me. He asked a couple questions, I made him laugh, and he said I had great personality and wanted me to start that week. Within 2 months, I was promoted to a trainer position.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Alexandria, LA (took 3 days)
The questions/statements were quite general, including such cliches as "What do you think will be a great strength you'll bring to this position?" and "Imagine I'm a customer and try and sell me on one of our food items."
As in any Server interview, be sure to stress you dependability, hardworking nature, and flexibility, as these are all traits managers look for in Servers, though they rarely find them.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
Short and sweet. Only question asked was "tell me about yourself" and then availability and hours questions. I thought it went well until I was told if I didnt hear from them in a week then they decided to pass. It was pretty much a "don't call us, we'll call you" thing. I have tons of experience so I'm not sure what happened.
