please be aware that this is not very formal interview. They checked my background according to my CV, and asked me why I applied for the post. I am not very well prepared on it. But it is ok, not a big deal. I still hold my current job. Next time I will be more prepared. Anyway, who knows?

This interview was with the LTMS librarian about a student assistant position which required programming experience. The interview was based on the future technical problem which needed to be solved.
You don't need to prepare for the interview just need to convince the interviewer that you have the skills and can do the job.

Interviewed for a staff position in a specific school in the Arts and Sciences college. There was an initial phone interview and then was told there would be a one on one interview. I came in for the one on one interview and was greeted by a panel of two professors, and four senior staff members to evaluate me. I found this situation unprofessional since I was put in it without warning. Each person had two questions and some of them seemed made up on the spot or conflicting, or were questions that had already been answered by another question. All in all a hectic and messy process, but I was offered the job.
