The group interview was pretty easy and was just a test to see how you work in a group to solve a problem that is given to you. The Online Test was incredibly hard.

The job was optimising Ethernet and USB drivers on Lynux Works operating systems. The employer was well prepared in conducting the interview. They knew exactly what skills they wanted. I did not have Ethernet or USB driver experience. Although I have plenty of other experience in Linux Kernel development. The current client with global recession is possibly making employers to picky due the perception of lots of highly skilled engineers been available. Needles to say I was not offered this contract position

Structured and quite formal, some benefits were not communicated correctly. As the company is based on many sites. It was hard perceive what working there would be like. The second part of the process included a presentation and aptitude test, both which felt like going through the motions. I felt if more effort had been spent in communicating the details of the role rather than following a process, the whole thing would have been more constructive.
