This was a very drawn out process. The first step was a phone interview with a very pleasant HR person. This lasted close to an hour and consisted of general questions. I then completed a test that was sent to me. Then i was called in for an interview on site and met with 2 individuals at the same time for roughly an hour. I called back again and this time the interview lasted 2 1/2 hours while I met with 3 people (one was the same from 1st on site interview).
