    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at The Boc Group (Calcutta (India)) in August 2011.

    Interview

Long, tiring and boring, comprising of two days, the second day was reserved for the MD who started asking whatever he knew...It was not a pleasant experience...though the first phase interviewer was modest enough...They select mainly over GPAs...nothing else !!!

    Negotiation

    No opportunity of negotiation...
