was asked if i had previous sales experience and if i enjoyed working with people and talked about the commission pay. very basic interview...talked about learning the products on the sales floor and the 3 month probation period. simple interview

Personally i went to store and applied for job, i knew it is fully commissioned job.
I had previous experience with futureshop about fully commission job.
First Interview was with Sales Manager at the store location about 20 min.
Asked me about my previous experience and checked my sales skills during interview process.
Then they called me for 2nd interview with store manager..i think that was just formality. and same day they did hiring process. and told me join training programme after a week.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Fort McMurray, AB (Canada) (took a day)
It was very simple. I went in and applied and all they asked for was sales experience. Then the manager asked me to fill out an application and give him my two references so he can do a background check through a 3rd Party Company.
He informed me that I was hired as soon as he heard back from the company about my background check.

No negotiation but pay is pretty good and they pay for training.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Calgary, AB (Canada) (took a day)
After I sent the email, I got the call the next day. I was asked to talk something about myself. I told him about the summary of my experience. Then the question about how do you serve your customer, give an example in detail. Then the question came: the sales here were all paid by 100% commission. I don't like this. So we didn't continue further.
