Thorough and fair. The hiring panel asked a broad array of questions, taking time to dive deeper into a few key areas (total cost of ownership, product life cycle, customer feedback principles).

It’s a 3 part process that didn’t take that long to go through. First was through the recruiter and then the next interview was with the team and then onto the director and team

They start out with a video interview which is really awkward. Then a group interview with multiple managers. For the most part the people are super nice. The question they ask her a little odd.
- They ask you how you handle difficult situations with other people. They want to know how you handle disagreements. The questions are pretty benign... But don't seem to have Have relevance to the job.

I first applied through handshake, and then had a Virtual interview with the manager due to a Covid-19 situation. It seems like they like people with a technical background. They liked the fact that I’m an Information Systems major.

The initial interview was a one-way video interview. The interviewer had prepared 6 questions and allowed me to take all the time I needed to record my responses. I could also try as many times as needed to find the best way to respond.
- What is your salary expectation?

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2019
I first had to do a one-way video interview where I would answer specific questions and then the video would be sent to the Church to review. I enjoyed that method as I had as much time as needed to answer each question and it was very low pressure. Next, I was brought in to an in-person interview with a panel. They each went around and asked predetermined questions. It was comfortable and the people were all friendly.
- What is one of your professional strengths?
