I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in February 2011.
Interview Details – The company heavily leverages external recruiters who perform the initial screenings. A phone interview with an audit manager and two auditors follows and then leads to an in person interview with IT Audit management and staff along with Finance Audit management.
Interview Question – There isn't a specific question, but the IT Audit Director is extremely hard to read. It is normal to leave the interview with him thinking the interview was blown. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Start date is very negotiable and there is a little room to negotiate first year vacation, but that's about it.
