The first interview was in relation to STAR(situation, task, action, result), they also give you fifteen minutes to read a pretend script and ask questions based on that in a pretend role setting to see how you respond and react to the different questions.

Everything was standard, but the credit check blew my chances. Obviously, I had bad credit because I was unemployed and needed a job to pay my bills.
