Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
Surprisingly unprofessional. I was kept waiting - and have heard of candidates ignored or kept waiting for half-a-day beyond the appointment time.
No traditional HR warmth can be found here. Questions were standard derivative from the HR manual. Competency and work history was questioned. No answer was believable enough to not require deep reference checks, background checks, and addressing two or five month resume spaces - the time when most people surprised with lay-off notices use to find their next job. Don't misspelling or truncate the name of a workplace!

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 days)
2 interviews with department heads. Got the interview thanks to an outside agent. Everything was prearranged and I just came in to meet with the folks that were conducting the interviews. The interviews were one on one and the focus was on me as a whole person. Talked a little bit about skills, intentions, fit and the company. I was impressed by them as individuals and I guess they felt the same way towards me.
Advice is this: Come in having the required skills and be yourself. Let the management figure out if you'd be a good fit or not.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took a day)
It was an easy interview and the manager was really easy-going. His questions, it seems, were made to be easy and after he asked if he could buy me a coffee.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took a day)
The interview process went well. The on-site manager was really welcoming and described what products they were selling and what the tasks were on a day to day basis. I got hired on right away because I had experience in the restaurant industry and knew a lot about the drinks.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 1 week)
My friend already worked there so she got me an application. I filled it out and she bragged to her boss about how awesome I am and he called me right away. Although I had no Barista experience he offfered me a shift supervisor position which paid more. The interview was really unprofessional he mostly talked about my friend and how sometimes "she is mean to him". Then I interviewed with the District Manager which was much more professional. He asked me the normal interview questions

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Thousand Oaks, CA (took a day)
Pretty standard interview. Standard questions, everything seemed to go well. I just stayed composed and tried my best to think on my feet. I'm just waiting for the call back. Manager seemed nice and very relaxed at the interview. Just know what your saying and don't lie your ass off.
