I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at The Douglas Stewart Company in October 2011.

Interview Details – Company was very organized, people were very pleasant to speak with. They gave a moderate difficulty skills test that was well put together.

There was no whiteboard coding involved but there were plenty of technical questions on the skills test of varying degrees of difficulty.

Interview Question – What is the difference between an abstract class and an interface?   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at The Douglas Stewart Company in December 2009.

Interview Details – Interview questions did not seem thorough. Felt as if hiring was not based on skills, rather based on if liked by the hiring manager. Did not get a lot of information about the nature of the position from the hiring manager or the position description, the duties and responsibilities seemed fluid. After a 2 phone interviews and one-on-one interview, I did not hear back from the company.

Interview Question – I volunteered some information about a previous project, and the hiring manager seemed to have a concern that was not expressed.   Answer Question
