Interview Details – just a short personal interview reviewing my resume and talking about my customer service experiences. it was fairly painless. but it all depends on who is interviewing you.my friend applied and got a completely different interviewer, and he was just rude. my manager was nice so i think i had it easier.

Negotiation Details – there really wasn't one
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
