Interview Details – Before you submit your application you have to take an assessment and if your answers match up to theirs then that is how they determine if they want you to come in to interview with them. First you have a group interview with about 4 or 5 people and two managers. Before the interview is over they make you go out on the sales floor and pick an outfit out and describe why you picked it and for whom you chose it for. If you get past that interview, you go back in for another interview, which is a one on one interview with the General Manager of the store and that is the interview process!
Interview Question – Just know your fashion and the background of the Gap and you will be fine! Answer Question
