Interview Details – There is an online assessment and questionnaire followed by submitting the application. There is no cover letter required or even asked for. After that you usually receive a call from the H.R (if they have one, not all employers do), from there they schedule a group interview, this is usually done with a manger on either of the floors and then after that (if they are interested) you will asked to be called-in for a second interview with the GM.
Interview Question – Most questions are pretty simple, they will ask about store cards and how you can implement that in everyday interactions with customers. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was not really a negotiation phase, your salary and availability are all in print once you submit your online application.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
