The Gap Safety Manager Interview

Interview Details – I submitted my resume online in late October, got a call for scheduling an informal over the phone interview within 2 weeks. Then another couple of weeks later, I got another call for a second over the phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I got called back to do a in-person panel interview...which went well. Next call was another in-person interview/talking session with just the hiring manager. We discussed his goals for the department and how I would fit in, etc. seemed like everything went well. We end the conversation saying that they will have a decision after the holidays and the candidate would start within a month.

Then the New Year came and it was the end of January and nothing...it is now 2 months later and nothing. I would think that after 4 separate interviews, I would hear something but so far I have not received a thing. Everyone should have courtesy and respect for others when they are applying for a position. A nice rejection letter would be nice, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
