Interviewed Jun 2011 in Orlando, FL (took 3 weeks)
I applied online to a posting for the GM position in Orlando area. I was then contacted by email to reserve a time at a career fair they were holding the following week, which I did. I interviewed with the HR supervisor and was asked to return the next day (it was a 2 day fair) to interview with a VP. I returned the next day, and instead of interviewing with the VP, I interviewed with the person who would be my direct supervisor. Shortly after, I was asked to fill out paperwork for background and DMV checks. The following week, I had a phone interview with the VP I was supposed to meet. A few days later, I was given an offer by telephone. All managers were pleasant to speak to and respectful, the process was fairly smooth.

Reason for Declining
While the salary offer was good, benefits are not fully paid by HBH, and bonus potential is pretty limited (a few thousand dollars 3 times a year, at best). Also, I felt uneasy about the quality of training that would be provided and a lack of structure in the organization between stores and the corporate office (they were in the process of creating new positions, etc.).
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
