I applied through a recruiter. The process took a dayinterviewed at The Jones Group.

I met with who would be my current boss and the vp of e-commerce. They had both been there 10+ years. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The vp had just come back from living in Rome for the past 5 years so I tried to connect with her on that. It's really important to try and connect on things you have in common with your interviewers. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable when on any interview. Since it was my first interview for a job in the fashion industry I was unsure of what to wear, but ended up going with a black suit and colorful shirt. Also, they asked me a lot of questions about the brand's website and things that I thought could be improved on, so I was really glad I studied up!

    Interview Questions

Took too much time. Met with lots of people on the day of the interview and took a lot of time away from my current job. Next time I would plan to take a whole day off in order to complete the interview.
