Interviewed Feb 2010 in Arlington, VA (took 3 days)
Graduate school was notified of positions. Sent resume and cover letter and then received a phone interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager and the HR staff member. It was a very simple process, l likely because it was for a short term internship. Advice to applicant: know the subject matter and the issues that The Nature Conservancy cares about. For a non-profit it has a culture that is quite corporate.
