Interviewed May 2008 in Harrisburg, PA (took 3 weeks)
The interview was more technical than other interviews I've been on. The hiring manager and panel were relaxed and friendly, making the interview a comfortable and positive experience. The experience questions were typical of others I've seen, but any candidate not prepared to discuss detailed biological principals and concepts will be caught off guard. I did well in the interview. However, my salary history eliminated me from consideration. The Nature Conservancy is a non-profit and the salaries reflect that.
