Very Difficult Interview
I applied through other source and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at The Philadelphia AIDS Consortium & World Health Care Infrastructures in February 2012.
Interview Details – There was intitial screening by phone with HR person followed up with detailed written questionnaire, several multi persons conference calls including Board members and Executive Recruiter, two in office face to face interviews with seacrh committee then full Board.
Interview Question – Why are you applying for this position, given your past executive experience in larger organizations? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Salary, full compensation package, functional area of responsibility and authority
